As a Privacy Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining compliance with data protection regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and other federal and state-level laws. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, manage data governance practices, and help shape a privacy-first culture throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update records of data processing activities
• Support incident and breach response handling
• Conduct privacy impact assessments (PIAs) and risk reviews
• Provide staff training on data privacy standards
• Liaise with internal departments and external partners on compliance matters

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Degree in Law, Information Systems, or related field
• 2+ years’ experience in privacy, compliance, or legal operations
• Working knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and other data protection frameworks
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and analytical skills
• Certifications such as CIPP/US or CIPM are advantageous
