Marketing Outreach Specialist – Austin, Texas

Back 4 Good – Your future in Austin is working with our Texas partners to recruit experienced Marketing Outreach Specialists to support the continued growth of healthcare and insurance organisations across the Austin region.

As a Marketing Outreach Specialist, you will play a key role in developing, planning and delivering outreach programmes that increase awareness of services, build strong community relationships and attract new members, clients and prospective employees. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to coordinate events, marketing campaigns and engagement initiatives while ensuring all activities comply with relevant industry regulations and organisational policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement outreach and community engagement strategies.

• Plan and coordinate marketing events, information sessions and promotional activities.

• Build relationships with healthcare providers, community organisations and business partners.

• Represent the organisation at networking events and public engagements.

• Support recruitment and membership growth through targeted marketing initiatives.

• Prepare marketing materials, reports and campaign updates.

• Ensure all outreach activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and campaign performance.

Qualifications

Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline together with at least two years’ experience in sales, marketing or outreach, preferably within the healthcare or insurance sectors.

Candidates should demonstrate excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, strong customer service abilities and the confidence to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team. Excellent organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook and Access, are essential.
