We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Engineers to join our innovative team in New York. Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Develop AI Models:
   • Build, train, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models to solve real-world problems.
   • Optimize algorithms for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
2. Data Processing and Analysis:
   • Work with large datasets to preprocess, clean, and analyze data for AI applications.
   • Implement data pipelines and ensure data quality for model training.
3. Collaborate with Teams:
   • Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into products and services.
   • Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
4. Research and Innovation:
   • Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and related technologies.
   • Experiment with new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to improve existing systems.
5. Model Deployment and Monitoring:
   • Deploy AI models into production environments and monitor their performance.
   • Continuously improve models based on feedback and changing requirements.
6. Documentation and Reporting:
   • Document AI processes, models, and workflows for internal and external stakeholders.
   • Present findings and insights to technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications:

1. Education:
   • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
2. Technical Skills:
   • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
   • Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
   • Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and statistical modeling.
   • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and AI/ML services.
   • Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning is a plus.
3. Experience:
   • 2+ years of experience in AI/ML development and deployment.
   • Proven track record of building and deploying AI models in production environments.
4. Soft Skills:
   • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
   • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
   • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
• Knowledge of DevOps and MLOps practices.
• Familiarity with containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Publications or contributions to AI/ML communities or open-source projects.
