Back 4 Good – Your future in San Francisco is working with our partners in the city and looking for a number of qualified Patient Care Technicians .

These roles will include extensive training and development programs in advance of commencing the position.

Role .

.You will spend the majority of your day in direct one-on -one patient care to provide safe ,comfortable and hygienic dialysis treatment

. Building Long -term relationships with patients

. Working with a cross functional team of clinicians including technicians ,nurses . dietitian ,social workers and leadership .

. You will monitors patients before during and after dialysis treatment including measuring and recording stats ,patient observations and machine set-up.

. Your shifts can begin as early as 4.45 am .Typically working 12 hours ,3 days /week

Requirements

. Passion for delivering excellent patient care and building long term relationships

. High School Diploma or equivalent

. Flexibility and availability to work mornings ,evening and weekends and holidays as needed.

. Willingness to train and work across multiple clinics within the territory as needed.

. Healthcare experience a plus .

You will receive 10 weeks of training including classroom and hands-on learning .
