Back 4 Good – Your future in Baltimore is working on a number of key assignments with a partner based in Baltimore and in the first instance they are looking for 3 qualified Marketing Managers who will handled all topics and aspects in the marketing department of a major organisation pro-actively.

Working as part of a key marketing and advertising team you will develop an annual strategy and marketing plan in coordination with the company’s sales team .

You will devise an ab=nnual marketing and promotions budget and manage same.

Qualifications

. Marketing Degree or equivalent

. Experience in Tourism and Hospitality .

. Knowledge of foreign cultures and geography

. Understanding of all aspects of branding and brand design and protection

. Strong creative ability and some experience in advertising campaign an advantage

. Strong social and digital marketing skills

. Knowledge of PPC and SEO

. Good ICT skills

. Experience in event management and conferences
