Job Description
We are seeking a professional and safety-focused **Bus/Coach Driver** to transport passengers safely and efficiently across designated routes. The ideal candidate will have excellent driving skills, a strong commitment to passenger safety, and a customer-service-oriented attitude.

Key Responsibilities
– Safely operate buses/coaches on assigned routes, adhering to schedules and traffic laws.
– Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure mechanical soundness and report any issues.
– Assist passengers with boarding and exiting, including elderly or disabled individuals, following ADA compliance guidelines.
– Collect fares, issue transfers, and validate tickets as required.
– Maintain a clean and orderly vehicle, including interior and exterior cleanliness.
– Provide courteous and professional customer service, answering passenger questions and addressing concerns.
– Follow company policies, DOT regulations, and safety procedures at all times.
– Complete required logs, reports, and documentation accurately.
– Handle emergency situations calmly, including administering basic first aid if needed.
– Report accidents, delays, or incidents to dispatch promptly.

Requirements
– Valid **Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Passenger (P) endorsement**.
– Clean driving record (no major violations or DUI/DWI offenses).
– Previous experience as a bus/coach driver preferred.
– Strong knowledge of **DOT regulations** and **traffic laws**.
– Ability to pass a **pre-employment drug test and background check**.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
– High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
