You will deliver a professional phone banking service through answering enquiries ,by handing inbound/outbound calls and managing internet and email communications .
You will achieve sales targets and follow the service standards established by the organisation.
You will report suspicious fraud cases major incidents and customer feedback to respective departments .
Ensure all operational activities are in full compliance with the organisations requirements and regulatory authorities .
. Diploma or Degree holder
. 3 years experience in customer service/contact centre within financial institution an advantage
.Experience in customer relationship handling
. Strong verbal and written communications skills
. Independent and able to work under pressure
