Human Resources Generalists

Back 4 Good -Your future in New Orleans is looking to source a number of suitability qualified Human Resources Generalists for a New Orleans based hospitality client.

The roles will provide support to the Director of Human Resources to ensure timely and efficient application of HR processes.

Qualified candidates must have the following skills and experience.

. Ability to satisfactorily communicate in verbal and written english with guests management and co-workers

. Prioritise and organise work assignments with timely follow -up and execution.

. Have superb time management skills

. Maintain complete knowledge of all services and products and hours of operation.

. Second language a preference.

. High School Diploma is required.

. College Degree in hospitality management, business administration ,human resources management or similar is required .

. Experience working in an HR Department

. Strong Mathematical skills.

. An ability to apply logical thinking and understanding to carry out written and verbal instructions.
. ability to address and solve problems involving clients and operational issues
