As a Marketing Advisor, you will become an integral member of the marketing team, taking responsibility for researching, planning, coordinating, and delivering a broad range of marketing initiatives. You will work closely with internal departments, external agencies, and key stakeholders to ensure marketing projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with overall business objectives.

The successful candidate will contribute to the development of integrated marketing strategies, produce engaging content for digital and traditional channels, analyse campaign performance, and recommend improvements based on market trends and customer insights. You will also support product launches, brand development, social media activity, email marketing, and promotional events while ensuring consistency across all communications.

Key Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a marketing or communications role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and project management abilities.
• Experience in digital marketing, social media management, SEO, email marketing, and content creation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting campaign performance data.
• Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
