Web Developers – Seattle, Washington

Back 4 Good – Your future in America is partnering with a rapidly expanding technology company in Seattle that is seeking to recruit talented Web Developers to join its growing software engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on innovative digital products and enterprise web applications while collaborating with experienced developers, designers, and product specialists in a fast-paced environment.

As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining modern web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences. You will work across the full software development lifecycle, transforming business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing web solutions. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, software engineers, data specialists, and project managers to deliver applications that meet the highest industry standards.

You will contribute to the development of responsive front-end interfaces while also supporting back-end development, API integration, database management, and cloud-based deployment. Keeping up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practices will form an important part of the role, as will participating in code reviews, technical planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating front-end development using HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
  • Experience developing web applications using Python, Django, Ruby, or similar technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks including React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Experience working with relational databases and writing efficient SQL queries.
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs, cloud platforms, and version control systems such as Git.
  • Experience with distributed data processing technologies including Spark, Kafka, Hadoop, or similar platforms is desirable.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro, would be advantageous.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative Agile development team.
